Return & Exchange Policy
All of our products are custom made to order, which means each item is created just for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or style.
We strongly encourage you to review product details carefully and reach out with any questions before placing your order — we’re always happy to help.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number in the subject line and attach a clear photo showing the issue.
To be eligible for a resolution, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it (unused),
- With original tags attached,
- And in its original packaging.
We’ll work with you to resolve any manufacturing or fulfillment issues promptly — but please note, we cannot accommodate changes due to buyer error once an order has been placed.
